R&R Episode #39
Join us with special guest host Jack Urness, co-host of "The World's Best Podcast with Jack and Reno." We discuss Chapters 10, 11, and 12 of The Beginning of Infinity. In these chapters, the author discusses the role of epistemology (knowledge about knowledge) in open societies, his defense of the multiverse as an explanation for observable quantum mechanical effects, and the role of bad philosophy (philosophy that actively prevents the growth of knowledge) in hindering philosophical and scientific progress. We continue to make the case that this book presents a big tent, under which we can all meet. "The way to converge with each other is to converge upon the truth."
